Basically I just disappear because there are too many awkward complications afterwards. It's pretty tough to remain friends... I tried once, but it was the new boyfriend who was all psycho jealous, not me.

I have never been a jealous person, so not the jealous type, even after we break up.
When it comes to the guys I had in my teen years, we lost touch with each other and I have no idea where any of them are. When it comes to my ex husband, I know where he is and hear from his 27 year old daughter what kind of crap he is up to, even tho he is the one I really don't want to know anything about. I am much, much happier without him and my life has changed a lot since I left him. :)

It depends on which ex you are talking about. My ex-husband, I have spoken to since he left in 2003. He didn't even show up for the divorce. I seen him a couple of months ago at a restaurant and I didn't even look at him, once I realized that it was him.

I can be the jealous type but it's honestly only if I cared about the person I was with like really luved and cared other than that I get over it and move on

It depends on the guy I've lost or let go. My latest ex is a strange one. I can leave him alone for ages and then out of the blue, he'll call me. When I don't feel he's got my point I keep on. Weird.

right now i am the crying ex! ...i am the softhearted type, the one who is nice and wishes them well, but not before i send emails or call (never getting an answer) a bunch to get it out of my system. people tell me i shouldn't be so giving, but i can't help myself, i was in love!

I have pretty much disappeared. Once in awhile he surfaces and frankly I am not interested. It only stirs up bad memories.

I'm the friend kind of ex.I still maintain good friendships and get together with ex-wife,ex-lovers,ex-coworkers etc..

I just fade away, usually never talk to them again unless I see them around somewhere. I'm not jealous or anything.
