Usually scanner save it as .jpg (.jpeg). You will need programs such as Photoshop or other photograph editing programs to convert it to .gif or .bmp. Changing the name does not make it a .gif or .bmp image.

There are two ways
1. once scanned the scanner asks u to save the file.there u can assign the extension by choosing FILE TYPE as gif.(if the gif format option is available)
else
2. save the file in the default format of the scanner(usually jpeg or tiff).Use some image editor program(any one lots availble) n save the file as .gif
convert file type option is also available in image editors.

Sure you can. It depends on the software you are using to scan your image. When you scan the image you can specify the format you want to use, If your software doesn't do it, just scan it in .jpg or .bmp format, open the image with Microsoft Picture Manager and convert it to .gif format.
Hope this helps. Regards.

Most scanner software programs allow the Save-As function to give you the type of format. Yes you can. You may have to edit the size using this program or a third party one.
PhotoShop is great, PaintShop Pro, and even MS Paint can assist you.

i'm relatively looking forward to this Ashes sequence and easily have not thoroughly written the Aussies off. in spite of the undeniable fact that England would desire to circulate into the sequence as overwhelming favourites by way of present day variety and the certainty that the sequence is being performed in England. I reckon Chris Rogers could be particularly a depressing horse as he knows the circumstances over right here rather a lot. solid to verify some friendly banter flying around between the two instruments of supporters too!
