The woman at my office wear all sorts of stuff that doesn't cover their shoulders. Why is it accepted for women, but men can't wear sleeves shirts to the office. It's not fair!

I'm completely hairless. I don't even grow hair on my armpits. Women with the dark shade of hair regrowing on their pits, now that's gross!!

Awesome bra! I totally agrre with ya man! We should also be able drink at our desk in the workplace! Equal Rights for all!
As if.
I want a comfortable living and if that means dealing with conformity in the workplace? Then just accept it.
It would make it cooler though. Good question man.

Why can a guy walk around outside without a shirt on but a female can't? Soceity standards is the answer to both questions. May not always be fair, but what is accepted for one gender is obviously not always accepted for the other.
If you are really angry about this, try and get the policy changed.

All male sleeveless shirts are way too casual, they don't make sleeveless shirts that are considered dressy. Women have plenty of very nice blouses/shirts with no sleeves.
Besides, they don't make as much as men who work in the same position, so let them wear what the want.

because you probably wear your flannel cutoff with your git-r-done hat with fish lures in it mr. larry the cable guy. in the workplace it's just considered unprofessional. wanna wear cutoff sleeves work at hot topic or in the construction industry. but you wanna good paying job you're gonna have to dress the part. but also remember you want the cutoff sleeves you're gonna have to sport the mini skirt too. and i'm sure nobody wants to see that. have a wonerful sleeve filled day!
