need a gynecologist help… is hymen layer breakage only the indication for a girl being virgin? How one can know a girl is virgin or not especially a boy? is its necessary to bleed for first sexual intercourse?

The only way to know is ask. If she doesn't want you to know the truth, you won't. An intact hymen means she is a virgin, a hymen that is not intact means she has had sex, ridden a bike, a horse, or exercised strenuously.
What difference does it make anyway?

You cant tell if a girl is a virgin. The hymen can be broken by a tampon, excercise ect. Not just sex. Most girls hymens are broken before they even have sex the first time. If the hymen is already broken she will not bleed during intercourse. And most people dont bleed during their first intercourse.

I agree with person above. Although I don't understand the point to this question....it can be broken many ways. I recall my mom tellin me she fell on some "monkey bars" as a girl and her mom FREAKED.....and rushed her to the hospital to see if she had "lost her virginity" when the fact of the matter is, the hymen is a piece of tissue and nothing more. It doesn't represent virginity. I've heard in the middle east they treat it that way.....but that's F--ked up in so many ways.
