He wont say no, honey. Just walk up to him, and hand the yearbook to him, give him a little smile, hand him a pen, and ask "Will you sign this?" Maybe even throw a little wink in there. He has no reason not to sign your yearbook, so I'm sure he wont say no. Don't be shy or scared, confidence is key. What have you got to lose? Go for it.

I think you're over-thinking this one.

Asking somebody you barely know on a date is tricky. Asking him for a phone number might require planning. Signing a yearbook isn't shouldn't require any emotional investment, and could lead to an actual conversation. Just go ask him.

But you want a plan. Let's see... First, relax. Signing a yearbook is common courtesy. He won't say no unless he specifically dislikes you (or he can't find a pen). If he just doesn't know you all that well he'll be happy to sign your book. If he asks why, say njust say "It'll give me something to remember you by over the summer."

Just ask, most guys, even if u think they got nothing in common with you, or are a jock or whatever, like to have girls ask them to sign their yearbook, I know, Im a guy that is a jock and popular but I sign lots of yearbooks for lots of people, I consider it a compliment

Very, very few (if any people) I knew in high school would not sign your yearbook if asked to. If you both have ever talked at all, chances are over 99% that he'll sign it. He might only give you his signature and no comments, but trust me- unless he's really mean and/or super private, he won't say no. Just ask "would you like to sign my yearbook?".
He may be hesitant, but if he doesn't have a girlfriend, he might come onto something, start to think you like him and maybe even start liking you back himself.

It doesn't matter if you barely know each other or not. Typically everyone signs everyone's yearbook no matter if they liked the person or not. It's a great way to break the ice too.

I doubt he would say no. But if he does then he's a snob and isn't worth your time, and you should move right along.

When I was in school, people I didn't even know would sign my yearbook, and I didn't even ask them, I'm sure he'll think nothing of it if you ask him to sign your yearbook.

I guess if you are nervous, ask a person you know to sign it while he's standing next to them and then get him to sign it too, that way he'll think you are being nice and not trying to leave him out.

Just go up to him and be like "I'm trying to get everyone to sign my yearbook, would you sign it". I was afraid this one guy I liked would say no but he was real nice and said sure. So don't get all worked up about it it will be fine!

Well I think the best option would be to find out his msn/aim and just chat to him a bit online and the next day you can just be like: "Oh I think I talked to you yesterday, remember me? I'm asking everybody to sign my yearbook, want to?"

Just be confident and say to him, "hey, would you like to sign my yearbook?" I dont think he'll turn you down (hardly anyone does) but if he does, then that guy's not worth your time.

First of all, you can start by asking him to sign your notebook. You can also try to talk to him by just talking about little things. Tell him that you want to get everyone's signature for proof they went to the school that you currently go to. It is corny but it is a start. It should not be that hard for you to ask him, have more confidence when you ask him too. That will possibly drive him to sign it.
