Sex doesn't make women fat, eating and not exercising does. Some girls experience pain and/or bleeding the first time they have sex, but not all do (I didn't!). The pain shouldn't be too bad and most often will go away within a few minutes, and the bleeding shouldn't be more than a few drops.
