Your best bet at this point is to find out where your sewage goes for treatment. Go there, ask them to have the maintenance people watch out for it in the screens the next time they do work on them. Lots of stuff gets caught in those, and if you're lucky you'll find sanitation workers that will be happy to help.

call a sewer company I guess, and maybe they'll find it. But if it like, fell down the drain in your sink, do not open the faucet. Unscrew the sink and it will be there somewhere. Or just get a plumer or something.Sorry if this didn't help.

Do you have a septic tank or general city sewer? perchance there is an fairly narrow possibility if that is sitting in a tank, yet I don' t think of there is lots desire and nil desire if that is interior the sewer. till that is caught interior the plumbing someplace. ???

Well if you dropped it in the basin or toilet then you can retrieve it by calling a plumber
If you dropped it on a road sewer then I don't think you can found it

I would call a plumber or your local water treatment plant to get that information. I think one of those sources could help you find it, if it's possible. Good Luck...
