my sons teacher who is my best friend father just past away this weekend what is the best way to help her get through this what can i get her or do for her.

Listen. That is the best help you can be right now. Just spend time with her and be supportive. If she wants to talk, be there to lend an ear. Maybe offer to cook a meal or watch her kids, if she has any. Take her out somewhere. The important thing is that you are available to share your time with her and listen to her.

Disappointment for any friend or relative bring good thoughts in many ways... A gift or showing you care help them in the time of need by cooking ,cleaning help them on the day of sarro to many visitters and no help..
