I had this problem a few years ago. During an update, my computer was given a virus. I took it to a computer store and they fixed it, but my computer had to be wiped clean, lost everything. You'll need all your starter disks if you take it in.

Hopefully this isn't the problem and someone else has a real answer! Sorry! Good luck!

You have No orperating system on your computer and it has no place to go, but, restart.... If you have a restore disk that came with your computer, now is a good time to use it.
