a high heel with a little platform to it. I have the same problem. I cant wear high heels with flat bottoms, the pain is unbearable! I try to find a shoe with a little platform so the ball of the foot is a little elavated to take some pressure off

If you have high arches, when you wear heels, all of your weight is being held up by the ball of your foot. Try a lower heel where your weight is more centered on the middle of your foot. it should help ease the pain

Well I saw a Dr. Scholls ad the other day advertising an insole specifically designed for use with heels that is supposed to ease any pains or discomfort associated with wearing them, whether or not they work I don't know. But as they say nothing beats a trial but a failure. Good Luck!

hey ,if anyone else wants to learn about cure foot problems try Imforda Cure Foot Guide (Have a quick look on google cant remember the place now ) ? Ive heard some awesome things about it and my mate got excellent success with it.

You may want to chk with your doctor first to make sure its not the high heel thats causing the pain!

try wedges, they're much better for supporting your feet than normal heels. or, whenever you dont have to wear heels, slip your feet into a pair of ugg boots - theyre really comfy!

put a can of hairspray on the floor and roll it back and forth with your feet. That is what I do.
