Just tell her how you feel. If she's a friend she'll understand. And if she's not BI, there are plenty of other girls that are BI, so finding another shouldn't be hard. Also your friend might just not want to face the fact that she is BI. Or she just doesn't want to wreck your friendship because as we all know, once friends start getting intimate, their friendship is at risk. Hope this helped.

maybe she said it because she just want you to be her best friend and don't want to break the friendship. go find someone else.
