0 Deg Celsius= 273 K
or
-273 Deg Celsius=0 K
So
Deg C=Deg K-273
and
Deg K=Deg C+273

Take whatever degree of celsius you want(like 30 degrees) then add that to 273 ie, 273+30. Youl'll succesfully change it to Kelvin scale.
However the answer you get (here 303) write 'K' after that it is the unit for Kelvin.(303 K) GOT IT?

Going from Degrees C to Kelvin,
Subtract 273.15
Going from Kelvin to degrees C,
Add 273.15
Example,
at 0 K, the temperature would be -273.15 degrees C.
at 25 degrees C, the temperature in Kelvin is 298.15 K.

kelvin is the abs temperature that why the lowest temperature is 0k
theoretically when atom or molecules got to 0k there is not any energy.
when the temp is 0k it equal to -273.15c that mean
k-273.15=c or k=c+273.15
by the way 1.8 Rankine is equal to 1 kelvin

Converting *C to K is easier than converting *C to *F or vice versa.
Just take *C + 273 = K
conversely K -273 = *C
