Anyone suggest a good online money transfer system?!? tried and tested?

I'm going to try one of this online money transfer systems.
Is moneybookers any good?
or Paypal?
or can you suggest a better one... thanks.

i use paypal, and have for over 7 years. Its never given me a problem. I only buy frm sites that use it,because i know my money is safe and the transaction is being tracked.

Paypal is great... no problems at all
