F does not go low enough, there has been absolutely no passing marks on any test that this administration has taken. They have gotten none right. Notta, zilch. nothing. Even the government that they formed in Iraq isn't working out. What a bunch of criminal losers that we have leading us. If you ask that same question about domestic affairs you would get the same answer. F nothing, notta, zilch.

You use the term criminal freely.
I'll give them a C which is higher than I'd give the last administration. The reason I say that is what problems did Clinton even attempt to do anything but talk about. Did he make Bin Laden run and hide? Did he remove Saddam Hussein from power? What did he do in Somolia? To not accomplish anything is more criminal than to try and accomplish something and not have it turn out the way you expect.
Twenty years down the road history may think higher of Bush II than you do.
Has Bush done everything the way i would have done it? No , but that doesn't mean what I would have done would have truned out better.

B- Don't know what your a professor of, but it apparently is not government. If you find a politician that has never lied to make a gain, you are in some country besides the USA. Our whole political system is out of whack, not just "Bush" sir. Bush just happens to be in your face about it, and people don't like that. They want a president that will tell them everything is peachy, and do the nasty stuff behind their backs. You know that our country does what it does to protect it's own intrest. But I too feel they are infringing on some of our civil liberties. But as a former soldier i will say this, you can not have peace without war.

Notwithstanding the philistine rantings of the true believers, any objective analysis of bush's foreign (and domestic) policy would result in a grade of F.
He has successfully alienated most of the world with his arrogance, ignorance, duplicity and criminal conduct. His worst offense is of course the illegal and immoral invasion of Iraq on spurious grounds. But he's also seriously damaged relations with erstwhile allies and friends who stood behind us in the aftermath of 9/11. Just atrocious. By far the worst president ever.

I say Pres Bush gets an A and you get an F.
Lets look at some facts...
1. Libia gave up its Weapons of Mass Destruction plan because a Bush initiative caught them in the act. So one terrorist nation has gone down the peace path without a single life lost. since they were acting in conjunction with Iraq, that also deprived Irag of nuclear weapons.
2. Bolton is our ambassador to the UN. While there he is working to clean up the corruption and waste.
3. Iraq is slowly becoming a democratic nation. Every day Iraq moves closer to self governance. That's the new Iraq. The old Iraq gassed the Kurds and the Iranians. The old Iraq maintained terrorist training camps. Wounded terrorists got hospital care in Baghdad. Terrorists groups around the world got funding. George crushed the old Iraq and is giving the new Iraq a change to stand on their own two feet.
4. The worlds terrorists are flocking to Iraq to kill Americans. That's way better than flocking to America to kill Americans. It gives us a central point to hunt them down. Good Deal!!!
So what have you done to make America, (or the world for that matter!), a better place. Nothing. You are a cry baby with nothing better to do than to hate a better man. That's a looser path!
Take a hike looser!
The Hat Man has spoken.

Let's see. He hasn't handed over classified missle information to the Chinese. He hasn't blinded our inteligence overseas. He hasn't signed legislature allowing our bussinesses to cross borders to take advantage of lax environvental laws and cheap labor of South and Central American Countries. Since all of these things (and more) had been done by the previous administration, which oddly enough isn't labled criminal, I would have to give him a B based on the sliding scale.

B+ simply on the power of telling the UN (what a horrible institution) to shove it. That, more than anything else, will be what historians write about 100 years from now.

Are we grading as a way to give a value representing the quality of the work done so far, or are we grading like they do in liberal public schools where everybody gets a passing grade so their feelings don't get hurt?
What if it's ... "for the children".

How about this food for thought? Here in America, you one is not a criminal unless they've actually been convicted of a crime.

A is for A-OK! You know he's "da Man" Perfessor! Stop resisting! Come back from the dark side...
(you should have used "FOREIGN issues" instead of "FOREIGN affairs" - when the word "affairs" comes up I can only think of GWB's predecessor! Have a great day, Perfessor!!
