Well, that is a tough question! It totally depends what you like: the old-culture-type-person will love Europe, the convenient the US and Canada, since Mexico shouldn't count to Northern America as you are probably thinking of it. Europe also has a more diverse culture (over 20 nationalities, different religions, etc) than the US and Canada.

Definitely Europe ... Europe is the birthplace of revolution, industry, music, romance, the arts, .
Well it has its share of negativities too, in the course of history ...
But to me, Europe represents 'Class and Sophistication'
