Sounds like you could be pregnant. I'm 9 months pregnant now and had simular symptoms you are having. "if you are having real bad cramps like a period but you are just spotting- like only when you go to the bathroom.( not enough to wear a pad or liner) then you are likely to be pregnant. also just so you know I took many test and they were all neg the first month that I REALLY was pregnant.

I'm in the same situation. My period is late for 4 days now and all the pharmacy tests that I get are negative. I have an appointment on Friday with my doctor and I suggest you to do the same . Go to your doctor as soon as you can.

ive been in the same situation and i was pregnant but my hcg were high enouugh to kno i was pregnant but they wern't high enough for a test to show up.... so i ended up having a miscarriage.

Have you gone to your doctor. There is a desease that causes pregnancy symptoms, I've forgotten the name but it has to do with stressed ovaries, but only a doctor can diagnose it.
I remember now, its called pollysistic ovaries (the spelling might be wrong)

No I dont think ur pregnant.Ur back pain and tierdnes could be due to exhaustion,anemia.Its better u check up with ur Doc.
