I've never used that site. Try one of the resources below. I've used Intelius & it has great results.

I found my sister after after 15 years, and a daughter I didn't know she had on on people finders.com. Since I'm too cheap to pay lol, After I got the city, I just called information on the telephone and got her phone number.

Never heard of the site, but I have good success with Anywho.com
