A place I used to work at used a video called Who moved my cheese? as a training tape? We had to watch it once every year. Duh! I think it was just getting us used to the fact that slowly but surely they were moving us around into positions we really didn't want or like until either we just left or they "let us go". People with POWER amaze me, using others to benefit their gain, when in reality, it's the folks digging those ditches that need recognition. Can a captain sail a ship by himself? Most of these big headed people think so, we are invisible.
