The old steelers one is very good, the steelers are good at producing linebackers. right now I would have to say the most established is the chicago bear. Urlacher was the defensive mvp last year and has proven time and time again he can change a game. Lance briggs was a pro bowler last year as well and both of these guys are in their prime. They anchored the number one defense in the nfl last year.

Well I'm not sure of all-time but I know the Detroit Lions have the best potential to have the best linebackin core, now only if they can teach them to be great we are looking at one of the est LB'in core eva

Pretty solid answer with the 90's Steelers core. I was thinking more along the lines of Lambert at MLB, Ham and Russell at OLB'S
