Throughout the past few years, there have been many Canadian singers who made it big in the world scene. Bryan Adams, Shania Twain, Celine Dion--to name a few. There are many others. I am curious that which one of these do you Americans find the best.

I love Shaina Twain. I liked her singin' ever since I was 2 years old. I know. That's pretty young. Although I was able to talk by 28 months.

From the ones you listed, Bryan Adams. I also like Sarah McLachlan, Alanis Morissette, Gordon Lightfoot and Burton Cummings (The Guess Who). Celine Dion has a magnificent voice, but I'm not crazy about the kinds of songs she sings, in general.

I'm looking forward to hearing the album by those three Canadian Idol girls from last season. Hopefully it's not all syrupy.
As far as established Canadian singers, Barenaked is indeed great. Bryan Adams used to be cool once upon a time too. Seriously!

Did someone say they are a hardcore Celine Dion fan? How the hell is that possible... As for me, I like the Bare Naked Ladies. They were much better before they made it big though.
