The nicest thing that someone has ever done for me online and then in person was asking me not to throw away the special relationship we have and that he loves me.

A doctor, whom I nor my fiance at the time never met, waived his surgical fee and paid the anesthesiologist two day before Christmas. She is now my wife, but at the time had no insurance and her gallbladder ruptured. I thought that was pretty cool. I told him I would pay the bill, and he said: "Not this time friend-Merry Christmas".
He accepted a hand-shack and she kissed him on the cheek.

I got really drunk one night and I was with this guy I had just started dating. He picked me up, put me in my car and drove me home. He carried me from my car to my bed and gave me a kiss on my forehead and said good night =) He coulda totally taken advantage of me but instead he made sure I got home safe and sound.
