Yeah.
The sixth sense is seeing time just like one of the other 3 dimensions. Being able to see through it, being able to see it like height, width, and depth.
Being able to know if you walk six blocks, you get to an a ice cream store, and knowing if you walk 10 minutes into the future, knowing who will be there when you get there. That is the sixth sense.
Seeing the future and past the way you see the present. That is the sixth sense. And yeah, it is no more perfect than the other 5. You can't count on them either.

I think a lot of the time, intuition is based on noticing the patterns of stuff around you, without always realizing you're noticing them. Think of someone you know really well, and you'll probably realize that you can usually predict their behavior because of how they've acted in the past. Of course sometimes they'll still surprise you, because people are complicated. And life in general is even more complicated, therefore you can never be absolutely sure if your intuition is right until whatever you're being intuitive about actually happens.
Still, there's occasionally things that don't fit into that theory. Like when you go to call someone just as they try to call you, and get a busy signal. Or when you dream about someone you haven't seen in years and suddenly they show up. I think there might be some weird quantum thingy that makes this stuff happen, but we don't even thoroughly understand quantum physics as it applies to matter, so it'd be impossible to prove whether it affects anything else or not. I think there's just patterns in reality that we aren't capable of seeing clearly because they're so complex. Like weather patterns, but even more so.

Any time you experience something not within the range of the normal human experience. This means having psychic powers, clairvoyance, seeing the dead, etc.

We all have it. It is our intuition. Some people just have a better handle on it than others.
