Eat well, drink well, sleep well, exercise well. If you are between 14-16 years of age, your body is in growth stage and you will feel tired all the time. Nothing to worry. You are perfectly alright.

It could be Glandular Fever. While I was at uni, I found that I was finding it increasingly difficult to stay awake in lectures (even the interesting ones!), and couldn't concentrate to write essays at all well.
I went to see my doctor several times as he refused to believe I had anything other than flu or mumps, despite my nebulous sympoms. It was only after I demanded a blood test commonly referred to as 'the Mono-Spot' test, that I was diagnosed with very mild (though still quite tiring!) Glandular Fever. I was lucky in that, with an understanding tutor, a lot of Seven Seas Tonic, and some VERY early nights (8.30/9pm) I managed to shake it off within a few months. It's fairly comon in younger people, and, with rest and sympathy, should leave you unscathed!

My question is how much REM sleep are you getting? If you find yourself tossing and turning all night and having few dreams, you probably aren't getting a lot of REM sleep, or the good sleep that helps you feel less tired. Have you had tests to measure how much REM sleep you get a night? I would give that a try before you take any medications and talk to your doctor before taking anything at all. You don't want to take sleeping pills and not wake up or active pills and not slow down. :)

I would ask my primary doctor to give me a full examination..with full blood work. This will give you a basis for determining what is wrong.
Of course..there are some things that, if the physical part seems okay, can be overlooked.
These can include chronic fatigue syndrome, depression, and other mental conditions.
The most important thing is to get this checked out as soon as possible.

You could just have exhaustion. If you are in a job where you are learning making you mentally tired and then a physical part where you are standing all day cutting hair that could be taking it out of you suggest it to your doctor and maybe a couple of weeks rest could do you good.

If you are not low on iron or b12 it may be toxins in your body. Try doing a detox.
