it's great to hear those 3 little words but when a guy says 'i'm 'in' love with you' i feel that more!

I guess that you wanted to say you are "falling in love" with her, and you want to let her know that - you love her ...
If I were you, I would chose the right moment when you 2 are at a quiet place, of course only you 2, talking about something sweet, then hold her close to you, or her hand, if you 2 are not yet in that physically close ralationship - you can even touch her hair tenderly, look in her eyes, call her name, and say " Do you know that ... I love you ? "
You are "in love" is a little bit different, that would be when both of you love each other, then you are in love with her, and she's in love with you.

Take her out on a date and at the end of the night give her a kiss and tell her....just be careful, just because you feel it, doesn't mean that she does. Good Luck! Also, don't confuse Love with Lust and Infatuation. Sometimes its very hard to distinguish between the three.

Do not tell a girl u love her untill ur quite sure she love su too. otherwise u'll be a pain in her ***. because girls feel guilty if tehy do not love teh persn who sais that loves her.
But if u know she does than sometimes when something happend and she's excited from her luch, hug her and silently whisper that short sentence in her ear.

dont tell her nything jus try being her frnd thn get close to her in terms of heart not physically if she shares secrets with u thn go on invite her to dinner at her good retaurant which is silent thn propse her there with some exotic flowers
