my husband and i go to bed together every night. but it never fails
with in an hour i am ether going to the other bedroom to sleep or sending him. we have tried the breath strips the mouth spray
just about everything short of my putting a pellow over his face.
he says he doesn't want to get surgery . i think the details of what would be involved in the surgery scares him. i hate not being able to wake up in eachothers arms. we have only been married 3 months are there any other tricks that might work?

I snore to beat the band. The walls in the room pull in and out when i get going! I have found nothing that is available to help the situation. I have found by not closing off my airway by placing my head into my chest helps considerably. Something for you to keep in mind: He is probably suffering more from non-sleep than you are! It may not have caught up with him but I am willing to bet the nights he snores he gets up grumpier as do you. He is cutting off oxygen to his brain the nights he snores.

Honey I feel your pain. My 1st husband was the same way. I would go to the other end of the house and shut the bedroom door and still be able to hear him. Have you gone together to a dr to discuss the details of the surgery? Or is he only going by what he's read on the internet or from a friend maybe? I really can't offer you any tricks, sounds like you've tryed them all anyway. Just try to get him to consider the surgery. Good Luck

If he is a smoker ask him to give up smoking
let him brush his teeth before retiring and let him not eat anything immediately before retiring
try making him change his position when he start snoring
get a thorough medical check up done on the various probable causes of snoring if the above don't work

I'm really sorry to hear this and hope your living situation improves. Inshallah I will pray for your family to get rid of the jinns. Apparently I heard you are meant to recite surah al baqara in your house to protect it from jinns. This is quite interesting as jinns usually choose not to disrupt the human race but my father had a jinn experience when he was a younger boy twice in the same day. I do believe you, definitely and inshallah they will leave and never annoy you again.
