Could be a lot of things. Maybe your idle is set too low. Try adjusting the idle higher. Maybe it's the clutch. Put the scooter on the centerstand and start it. Does the rear wheel spin even at idle? How about when it's off the stand. Does it try to lurch forward on it's own without giving it throttle. If so, the clutch is locked up and you need to have it replaced.

Since you didn't give the year, make, model # and how many miles you have on your scooter, I can't give you a complete answer. Take a look at the air cleaner. Scooters don't like to run well with a dirty air cleaner.

I too had the same problem on my 2 stroke( not stoke see your spelling) motor scooter, it is the problem with idling, you can set the idling yourself by just adjusting a screw near carburetor. Give it the mechanic once and see which screw does he turn and get it started.

its not charging,when you use your brakes,your brake light is taking the charge needed to run your scooter.

air cleaner and or the mix has too much oil.
