If you use a FIRST RESPONSE home pregnancy test, you can get accurate results up to a week BEFORE you miss your period.
Thats that test we used...four days before...and it showed we're pregnant...that was 21 weeks ago.
Use FIRST RESPONSE ...it is the most accurate on the market.

to answer your question - 3-4 days after implantation you MAY be able to get a positive test. but thats IF you know when you implant - and the bleeding may or may not be that.
and even then, it may be too soon. but the HCG wont show up for 3-4 days after implantation. to be sure, you should wait until your period is due or late.

You can test as early as 2 or 3 days before your period is due.
