Ever since ive lived in this house my neighbors have been doing weird things.. like last night all of the lights in their house were going on and off and on and off... and that ALL of the lights, not just one. And I always feel like I'm being watched.. they have a perfect view of my room, and although I have curtains down, it still seems like they're watching me. The one that really scares me is a 16 year old boy... I'm really scared now and I have to live alone this weekend because my parents and brothers are going to camp.. what should I do???

Well, have they ever done anything that has seem threatening to you? If they haven't, then don't worry about them. If the have, make sure all of your doors and windows are locked. Invite someone over to your house. Like, a best friend or something. SOMEONE who you know and trust to keep you company. Works every time.

Or go and stay over your friends house. That would be even better because then you wouldnt be around them AT ALL!!

Sounds like they're Satanists, or something similar. Before you do anything, you should find a good, spiritually strong and trustworthy Church Pastor and tell him what's going on. You also need Jesus to save you, and he'll help you through situations like this. Evoke His Blood on your neighbors, and keep strong in the Lord. But be warned: Satan and his minions are oficially at war with Humanity and God, so when you do this, YOU WILL BE ATTACKED, mentally, Spiritually, and possibly physically! But, to be on the safe side, get some help from a local Church. Have them pray and fast for your neighbors, and you, so you can get through it. It will be a long and hard battle, but I'm confident that the Blood of Jesus can get you through it. I'll be praying for you all the way through this, so stay strong in the Lord, and Reading the Bible out loud might help, too. Satan hates that.

If none of this seems appropriate, you can move away. Sometimes it's healthy to run away. Just remember: Running away won't fix the problem.

If the time comes, hire an experienced, Blood-bought, Christian Exorcist for that 16 year old. The Demon-posessed are not something to be treated lightly!

Don't let the neighbors find out that you're alone. Keep a tv or the radio on to make noise. Don't you have any friends you can invite over to stay with you? Make sure and keep the doors locked. And keep the phone close by. Write me if you get too scared!

Stop allowing your-self to get so worked about your neighbours;

the lights flick on and off all night . SO WHAT
don't look at them ,
They are not flicking for your benefit ..

IT could be that they, actually feel threatened by you !

If you feel you are being watched and you have curtain es already ,get thicker ones

Is the boy next door your age ;
have you met him,
or are you just imagining he is against you .

What do your parents make of this , have you consulted them.
I wish i could be more helpful !
:)

Do you have an alarm system? There is nothing you can do unless they have actually tried to trespass on your property. What they do with their lights is their own business. Maybe you could put some No Trespassing signs up on your lawn. You can also buy a recording of a dog barking.
Put up plantation shutters instead of curtains. I would seriously consider moving.

You could speak to your parents and have them talk to the neighbors. Or, you could go over and say something yourself. If that sounds too intimidating, at least invite a friend to stay with you while you're alone, and don't be afraid to call the police if you think it's necessary.

It sounds like you're being paranoid, but if you're nervous about being home alone, have a friend or relative come over and spend the night or go to a friend's house.

do think carefully and calmly.

if you have witnessed enough to really believe that your neighbors are dangerous, tell your family, or perhaps, even the police, depending on how certain you are of your apprehensions.

remember, that if you go to the police, and your neighbors are harmless, you will have done them a great disservice; you might be destroying their reputation

if you can think of no real reasons that you should be so frightened, seek out counseling for paranoia. don't be ashamed to do so.

They're stupid bullies messing around with you...they could probably smell your fear of them a block away...that only encourages them to mess with your head some more!Make sure to tell some people about how you feel and try to keep away from them until your family gets back-since they frighten you so much.
I'ts too bad I'm not your protector-I would burn their house down with THEM IN IT!!!

Get a gang of friends and investigate. Watch the Tom Hanks movie 'The Burbs' first.
