But I agree, it's a shame his season has to end this way, and it is a shame for Edmonton to lose him now. I think he still has a chance to be playoff MVP (depending how the series finishes) for his stellar play in the first three rounds.

It's a damn shame that Roloson is out, I doubt Edmonton will a win a game now. But it also has to be hard on Conklin, I'm sure he wasn't expecting to see any ice time and to come in in the finals with the whole tream riding on his performance, geez, I feel bad for the guy. I was really hoping the oilers could pull this one off but without a goalie we're sunk, any team would be. I just hope Conklin and the rest of the team still put up a good honest fight and try to make a series out of it.

Edmonton wasn't going to win anyway, but if they play Markkanen instead of that Conklin joke, they haven't lost much, IMO.
J.M. got to be the scape goat for a horrible Oiler defense early in the year, and T.C. is a walking injury package. Give J.M. the go and some help from the D, and you have a new star emerging... You'll see. :-)

roloson is probably hurting right now but that's a given. i think the dude who smashed the carolina dude in to roloson is either 1. being beat up by his team or 2. beating himself up. same thing about ty conklin. he and his fellow screwup are probably getting the worst of it. ouch

I was sooooooo mad about Roli last night!! As much as I love edmonton, and as much as it kills me to say this, I fear we are going to lose now because we lost Roli...
this officially sucks!! hes still MVP in my mind. they wouldn't have made it this far without him.
