Yes. By planting seeds of faith, love, assurance, joy, peace, patience, etc. Jesus had said that the good seed is sown by the true word of God while bad seed is sown of the Devil (slanders, false accusations & lies).

If we can influence them, then things we say can affect their thoughts. Doesn't mean we can change them - just that we can make them think about something we're thinking about. But this isn't a psychic phenomenon - just the effect from communicating with each other (talking).

I suggest that you don't attempt it, it won't work on the long run even if sometimes you might think you have succeeded on the short run, the reasons being that the people in question are trying to please you because you matter to them too.
Accept people and their thoughts for what they are...

Well, maybe there is. I guess you'd have to act, and say the right things, in a certain manner that you believe would make them think what you wanted them to. Sounds exhausting.

Well, I would think about the outcome you are wanting.....ex: I want my boyfriend to come back to me, think about what it would be like to have him back. think about that person doing, being ,saying or acting the way you want them to and it should work. You have to really want it though and day dream this vision a couple times before it will happen. What your doing is focusing energy, and that works wonders!!
