No it's not small and don't you wish you had one? You probably wouldn't have 8 1/2 inches if you combined mine and your dick together (LOL) but there is nothing wrong with wishful thinking I suppose! When you grow up you will realize it doesn't make any difference and those who brag about the size of their weenies are usually hung like goldfish! Hope this helps!

8 1/2 inch would be small for a horse and improbable for a 16 yr old.
You must mean 8 1/2 cm.
