Ibuprofen. Plenty of water intake.
Active rest (that means not sitting on your duff all day. Go about normal activities. Do housework.)
Get a massage.
Tiger balm or some other kind of topical muscle relaxant.

muscle relaxants are immediate.but more long term would be specialized exercise regime
