St Ives Apricot Scrub for your face
A moisturizing lotion for hands and body, check out the Bath and Body Works shop, they have a lot of products.
Baby oil is awesome too.
Drink a lot of water and exposure to sun is healthy too (but not too much of it).

I don't know about skin, but I know a great hair conditioner. If you take the insides of pumpkin and let it sit and dry in your hair for a few hours, and then gently rinse it out with warm water, you will have the softest hair you have ever had in your life.
