No. For one thing, Odin is not the thunder god of the Aesir pantheon. The Thunderer in that religious system is Thor (remember that the Storm-God in Mediterranean Basin mythologies is associated with Thursday, e.g., Jove, Jupiter, Zeus, Thor); Odin or Wotan is the counterpart, in fact, of Thoth-Mercury-Hermes, the lord of language, magic, and communication.
The Proto-Indo-European divinity issue is complex. There is increasingly a consensus that there may be more evidence that these deities are not descended from a common source so much as later contacts may have cross-pollinated them. Now, Indra probably is, like Zeus, and Jupiter, a manifestation of the Indo-European "Dyaus" god-complex of storm-deities of the ancient Near East. Jupiter was originally Jun Piter (Father Janus), and belongs clearly to this tradition. These Thursday Gods were gods who went by the name "God," and some of their functions (along, primarily, with the function of the Saturday God Bran-Saturn-Cronos, hence the Saturday sabbath) were assimilated into the creation of the monotheistic deity of the Levantine religious complex.

Nope. All are the "king" god, but Thor was the Thunderer in Norse legend, and Zeus was the actual father of most of the gods, while Odin was not (with the exception of Baldur).
What these gods all have in common is their evolution. Odin started out as a fairly minor death god (ever wonder why Sleipnir has eight legs? Look at a casket being carried) whose role was elevated over the fire god Tyr along with the warriors who worshiped him as the Norse became more belligerent. Zeus was a fairly minor tribal weather god (boom!) whose role was elevated over Apollo as his people moved in on the sun-worshipping natives. As for Indra, well, count the gods and demons in his pantheon and do the math.
Basically, the growth of a male-dominated warrior caste can be charted by tracing the growth of these gods.

No. They may be similar but are worshipped in very different ways by very different cultures. The Greek's had no contact with the Norse, so they could not pass on a beliief like that. However, one could argue that Jupiter and Zeus are the same god, since the Romans DID take the idea from the Greeks, as demonstrated by the Aeinid, in which the Romans try to tie there beginings to the Trojan War.

Zeus and Thor are sort of the same, they are the gods of thunder. Indra is the god of weather and war, so I guess he (she?) fits in there somehow. Odin would be similar to Cronus because they both fathered the other gods. Most cultures seem to have similar pantheons.

Odin is the Norse king of the gods, and Zeus is the Greek king of the gods. They might be different interpretations of the same being, but that hasn't been strictly proven.
