I love Both Sides of Time. I think it is by Caroline B. Cooney. It is the first book in a seris. The second book is Out of Time, the third is Prisoner of Time, and the fourth is For All Time.

Woah to the person who suggested VC Andrews! Those books are all about abuse and incest! But I loved them when I was a teen too! ;)
Plus, I worshipped anything by Christopher Pike.
