If I were you I would create a website about your daughter and her special needs, and put a Paypal donation button on it. You can make an easy and very nice website at www.tripod.com. Submit the website to different search engines, and add the web address to your signature in all e-mails you send out for any reason or anything you write on message boards. You can also enter your web address on certain lists of Cyberbeggar sites. (Search "cyberbeggars" on a search engine.)
Another idea is to create a blog about your daughter's pogress and day-to-day events, and add a Paypal button to the blog also.
Don't give out too much information about her, obviously... use just her first name and don't publicize what city you live in or what school your daughter goes to or anything like that... but you probably know that already. Good luck!

You may want to try an online raffle. If you can get something donated ie., a vacation home somewhere, then you can create a trip to raffle off. Even if you have to pay for airline tickets you can use proceeds from the raffle to pay for these.
Also, if you are connected with a church or another group you might be able to get help regarding donations and sells of the tickets.
Do you already have a website up regarding your child and the situation?

Call a local charity orginization, sure they could help, if not money wise then giving you info about who to ask or what to do... There are loads of orginizations for kids with special need...
I took care once of a girl aged 7 who has a brain problem and is also a special needs, I did it for free cos it made be happy to be with her, she went to a regular school with a regular class and to tell u the truth since she started school she has had a huge improvement cos she had to try and do regular stuff like the regular kids, and she made lots of friends, she wasnot at all bullied for having an illness....Take a regular school as an option, im not exactly sure whats wrong with your girl, but i wish you the best of luck with her....

the easiset way would be to set up a paypal account; when you sign up it will ask you for your financial information and then pay pal has a link(merchant tools) which will give you the HTML code to put it in your emails or website.
hope this helps
thanks
