The other thing I wonder is why dont we just get the guns and burn them that would cut some violance No?

You're right. No it wouldn't cut down on violence. The first recorded murder was with a rock. What causes violence is criminals. The argument can be made if we executed criminals quicker we would have less criminals. Instead they serve a small portion of their sentence, the whole time they are in prison they learn how to commit other crimes.

But if we would execute the criminal they will never hurt anyone again. Due to attrition violence would go down.

Those that want to ban fire arms are you going to ban shoe laces? what about glasses? How are you going to ban rocks? You could ban rocks all you want but they will still exist. Those teenagers in Florida that werekilling homeless men beat them with their fists. Are you going to chop off people's hands?

So what are you going to do when someone mugs are you just going to give up your wallet with hopes that the bad guy doesn't kill you? I refuse to be a victim, but if you want to be that's your choice, just don't force those of us who are exercising our rights that our self-evident of the right to life and our inherit right to self-protection.

I talked to a Secret Service Agent that was being wolf-packed when he pulled his weapon the bad guys disappeared. I had a situation that I was glad I had the option but I never even showed the weapon because I was able to talk my way out, but it could have gone side ways really fast.

Then in this state we have had mountain lion attacks. I don't want to try to fight off one with a knife, let alone my barehands. But there again if you want to be a victim go right ahead that is your choice.
