If you have a normal monthly period for 7 days(no birth control used) does that mean you should ovulate 7 days later?

check those sites listed - they are good - but also know that every woman is different. you may ovulate 10 days after your period... 19 days after your period... it all depends on your own cycle.

not everyone ovulates on day 14. trust me :) ive been charting for about 7 months now and i ovulate on day 16 or 17. my best advice would be to get a Basal Body Thermometer and start charting your temps and watching your body changes - that'll tell you when you are ovulating. as well as ovulation predictor kits. if you're trying to get pregnant anyway... its worth the $$ :)
