If he is your friend then he wouldnt be involving you in this. You need to report him ASAP. If you begin to question your self on the morality of turning him in think about this.....if he has sex with someone and then coincidentally you have sex with that same person now your at risk.... there are condoms in this world there is no excuse to pass on HIV to anyone. He is being selfish and is ruining many peoples lives in the process. How would you like to be one of the people he has sex with? even if you dont end up with HIV the trauma of worring that you might have it is enough to ruin anyones lives. If the friend passes it on then he is in a sence murdering that person ...its just a long needless painful death....do you really want to have friends that are so thoughtless?

wow that's a toughie. If it was a really close friend I would try to talk some sense into him/her. It's ruthless to endanger someone else's life. Of course I would try to get them to seek treatment. Many aids patients are doing well on their meds and living longer and better lives. I hope I'm never in this situation but I couldn't just sit by and do nothing. In a way(kinda stretching it) it's like premeditated murder.

Report that selfish a$$hole! If you are found to be knowingly giving others HIV, you will get arrested. He needs to be contained, and fast.
