In general, for a full professorship, a PhD or Doctorate.

Judging by some of my professors in college - none

Doctorial degree is most commonly required. Depending on program that could 4 years college, 2+ years post-grad work

You can teach as an adjunct with just a Bachelors degree. You'd have to work your way up into tenure after that.
