Keep a list of what you need to do. Then, spend some time thinking about the time of day in which you are more productive. For me, I tend to focus better at night. Some people might prefer afternoons or mornings. Once you know when you are most productive, set aside that time for work.

Do the small tasks first, it will seem like you are accomplishing more and give you a boost of energy and keep your momentum going.

Don't forget to block your work time. Work for 2 hours, then eat. Work again for 2 hours, then exercise for about 15 minutes to keep your energy up.

Don't forget that you must get at least 6 hours of sleep a day. Sleep is cumulative, which means that if you sleep 4 hours at night, you can make it up by cat napping.

Finally, it is important for you to have some recreation time every day. Pick an hour or two every day to go do something you enjoy. Paint, listen to music, go for a walk, play a game with some friends.

Most importantly, get your body accustomed to a schedule. Work at the same time every day. Eat at the same time each day, and sleep at the same time. The sooner you adapt to a schedule, the easier it will be to get things done.

Though there are many theories, opinion, tools to organise your time especially busy working hours. These range for sophisticated organisers to simple table charts then theory about screening phones to rule sets for mails.

However having said all this nothing works as per theory because we know that priorities changes minute by minute so it is always run time organisation which ultimately happens.

Still we can prioritise or organise little bit by avoiding extras or unavoidable things plus delegation (complete without poking nose all the times), not taking up non-beneficial tasks, minimising small meetings and phone calls.

Rest all depends on your skills to do work fast.

Keep a time table first. Then plan your actions in advance, so that you can adjust your works according to the time availability. never greed for more. Be content with what you have and what you can.
