Can i make this cd and insert it before computer logs on and then log in with the password. Or is there anyway I can make a administrator account on a disc? So when i insert the disc it will also let me in with that account.

No U can't because The windows needs to read Ur account before it starts and to read it from Ur Hard Disk ( the place U boot from for windows )

lol i don't think so! but sure you can use pen drive or Floppy for logging into Xp account if you forgot password too.. first you'll need to create that...
it's easy go to control pannel and user settings and there's and choose prevent forgotten passwords... (it's in left side) and follow up....
That's all to manage Forgotten Password... Cd won't work...
