Free on contract if you can get one I expect, otherwise try shopping around on the Internet. Some companies like Carphone Warehouse have deals running every month.
The memory card will cost about £60 from Nokia direct, if you want an MMC card. Again try shopping around on the net. Try computer sites as they can offer memory cards too.

£30 pound for the phone on ebay and u can get 5mb sim cards free.
