They can't win because quite simply they are not good enough.
They may do soon when they improve, many African footballing nations are still new to this. I would like to see an African team win it, maybe next time. It's being hosted there in 2008

African teams are too focussed on individual players not the team aspect. Too many players want to be a star. They have everything they need except unselfishness.
