Heh, interestingly enough, Barbara Streisand, who badly needed a nose job for her acting career, refused to have one, because she was afraid it would ruin her voice.
Not a small decision if you are a singer. Of course Ashlee isn't.

celebrites say often that even bad press is good press. On the short run the nose job will get her in more magazines, but in the long run I dont believe it will help her. She will always be haunted by magazines who show her old nose and the new nose side by side. In the long run it may have some minor effects, but its impossible to really say. How does she become more popular? I live in Sicily and I have heard of her.

I don't think it would help her career to simply change her looks, unless of course, maybe she's trying to become an actress!! Her singing talents are nonexistent!!
I enjoyed her blooper on Saturday Night Live!! That was freakin hilarious!

Probably not, considering that most of the celebs that got work done haven't been in the spot light much. Besides i don't know why they would want to change their apperance, it doesn't help. Most celebs that do that end up looking worse than before. It isn't worth it in the end.

I didn't know she got a nose job. Is that a fact or something you read in The Enquirer? If you have to change your body to gain popularity, it just confirms that you have no talent.

ok,she can't sing well,so she lip syncs
she can not dance for crap!her (l-o-v-e
video made me want to p-u-k-e),so she has really great dancers beside her
she isn't pretty, so she get a nose job(which doesn't help)
