Needed more challenge, more room for growth, you didn't feel you were utilizing all of your talents/abilities.......Try msn.com in the careers section. They have several articles on interview questions and answers to this question are in almost all of the articles. Now, what WAS your reason for leaving?

After 3 years experiencing in this field, I would like to look for a more challenging working environment. It means that I want to get higher position and higher salary as well.
Or I find that the working environment in previous place is not as friendly as I have thought. It doesn't help me to develop myself.

You can tell them that ur looking for a highly growth oriented organization and want to get exposure in a better and a bigger environment, that way you can enhance ur skills. And that ur present organization is not growing fast enough and your work profile is pretty straight-jacket.

Be honest, but find a positive spin. Like "My supervisor and I had personality differences," instead of "my boss was a she devil!"
