The proudest moment of my life came only a few months ago. I've never been athletic, mainly because I've always been the big girl. In August I began taking Tae Kwon Do. I figured I wouldn't do well because it required being athletic and sporty like my boyfriend. WEll in march, I competed in my first tournament as a yellow belt. Not only did I well, I won two medals!!! I got a silver in my forms and bronze in sparring. I didn't get a gold, but I don't care!!! I was so excited to just get a medal in something athletic. I even did better than my boyfriend. He didn't mind, he was proud of me too! I am just so happy that I got medals. Its not like I won the olypics, but I couldn't have been more proud of myself had I won the gold At the olympics.

Now as far as embarassment goes...hmm. It was one evening when I was marching halftime with my band. The field was slippery and one of teh dance team members had left a prop lying down on the field. Well, when you are marching backwards you half to rely on your fellow marchers and rote memory for guidance. Lets just say I had a fight with the prop and went down. Of course, I pulled the guy in front of me down too, then he did the same. After all is said and done I had caused about 10 people to crash on the field. Of course it was ALLL on video. And because I was the ONLY piccolo player next to a trumpet, everyone knew it was me.

The proudest moment of my life was the birth of my child. The most embarrassing moment of my life was when my cousin dailed the phone and said "here talk to him" and it was a man I hadn't seen in more then 30 years

Proudest: Winning a Charles Schulz cartooning scholarship, because total strangers, not just my family, liked my work.

Most embarrassing: God, so many from which to choose... when a female friend of mine saw my copy of 'Club' I left on top of the toilet whilst using the bathroom. She was just a friend, and was cool about it, but man, I was RED.

Well, this happened this morning at church, someone came behind me and removed a price tag hanging from my shirt, how embarrassing.
I have many proud, but one is when my grandbaby was born, 2 months early, and is fine now.
