How to submit them to who? Lyrics only or recorded songs?
If you are writing lyrics, try to get a band to sing them.
Like a local band from your town. Or sing it yourself and record it. Then sell your CDs.

No, you can't submit them directly, you have to submit link to them if you want to do that.
