In addition to the answers already given about cleansing, be careful to not rest your chin in your hand while sitting at a desk at school or work. The oil and bacteria present on your hand will greatly increase the problem on your chin.

It would probably be most effective to use a mild cleanser on your entire face and then use moisturizer on the majority of your face and something like a Clearisil pad or spot treatment on just your chin.

Proactive uses a 3 step system, you can do this at home yourself without their expensive products. 1. cleanse face with antibacterial soap 2. kill surface bacteria with rubbing alcohol 3. moisturise--I use Suave advanced skin therapy

Best wishes

I like neutrogena products, but the key is to cleanse your face regularly (twice a day for me) and use a pore refiner and moisturizer after.
