Why do they keep feeding their kids? Why don't they just let them starve since there are so many of them?

Its not only blacks, its whites, mexicans, russians, chineses, etc etc. Basically, its just about everyone. Now, there might be more blacks on welfare, but I think this problem is created within the families and poor government policies. The politicans use this as a means to buy votes to keep their party in office. Democrats have been using this for a long time.

They don't it just seems like it! We have let a welfare estate of existence to fester and there is little any one will do about it! They are not forced to get a job!
